All our Shanti Steam Boxes are handcrafted and made to order, and currently take up to 12 weeks from orders placed to be ready for pick or delivery.
Delivery information- Shanti Steam Box is delivered Flat Packed across three boxes and requires easy assembly. Delivery is to your local Metropolitan Pack & Send Depot.
The three boxes will fit into a SUV or 4 wheel drive cars.
We have created an easy to follow step by step assembly document.
Included across three boxes are- Nine wooden panels, easy assembly guide, care instructions, 2000V 4 litre Evaporator Machine with herb box, and Chamois.
Refund & Warranty Policy
We offer a 3 month craftsmen warranty on Shanti Steam Boxes and 12 month warranty on evaporator unit.
If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us at hello@shantisteambox.com within seven (7) days of your shanti being delivered. And products must be returned 100% complete, in brand new condition ie- not been used or operated at all, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to not refund in full if the these conditions are not met.
In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. Only the return freight for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by us.
